Platforms
Which platforms are included?
CreatorHelm connects TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube through official login flows. The posting rollout targets Instagram Reels, Facebook Page Reels and YouTube Shorts. Availability depends on the platform and account.
Does CreatorHelm use official APIs?
Yes. It uses TikTok Login Kit and Display API, Instagram API, Facebook Graph API and YouTube Data API. It never scrapes.
Is CreatorHelm endorsed by the platforms?
No. Official API use describes the integration approach. CreatorHelm is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
Posting and links
What is available today?
Accounts and connecting platforms are available now. Posting, product-link captions, comment-to-DM and earnings are rolling out.
Will the original video have a TikTok watermark?
The posting workflow uses the creator’s original upload, so it does not add a TikTok watermark. Keep the original file you created.
Are product links always clickable?
CreatorHelm adds URLs to captions. Link behavior varies by destination: YouTube Shorts description and comment URLs are non-clickable. Give viewers a next step supported in that app.
Is cross posting TikTok to Reels allowed?
Publish your own content and confirm rights to its audio and other included material. Follow the destination’s current publishing rules and review the finished post in its app.
Comment-to-DM
What triggers comment-to-DM?
The rolling-out Instagram feature responds when a comment contains a keyword, such as LINK, with a DM containing the product link.
Does comment-to-DM cover every platform?
Comment-to-DM is for Instagram. Review comments and replies on TikTok, Facebook and YouTube in those platforms’ own apps.
Data and security
Where is data hosted?
Data is hosted in Germany in the EU. Platform tokens are encrypted.
Accounts and pricing
Can a workspace hold several creators?
Yes. One workspace can hold many creators, each with individual platform connections. Workspace roles are owner, admin, editor and viewer.
How much will CreatorHelm cost?
Pricing will be announced, and users who join now will hear first. Check the rollout page for availability and the pricing announcement.
