Connect accounts through official logins

Connect each creator’s platforms through the official login screens. CreatorHelm uses TikTok Login Kit and Display API, Instagram API, Facebook Graph API and YouTube Data API.

  • CreatorHelm never scrapes; each creator has individual platform connections within the workspace. Confirm the person and channel before connecting, especially when you manage several creators.
  • When posting TikTok originals to Reels and Shorts, account identity is the first decision to get right. A workspace keeps creators together while preserving their separate destinations.

Pick the videos and their product links

As posting becomes available, select the TikTok videos you want to share and the destinations. The posting workflow uses the creator’s original upload without a TikTok watermark.

  • Keep your originals and product notes together so the demonstration and its link stay connected as you prepare to publish. Choose a clip that a new viewer can understand.
  • A product explanation should identify the item and the relevant variant, with a next step that fits the destination.
  • Our guide covers sharing TikToks on Instagram and YouTube with a careful file and rights review. Those editorial decisions still belong to you whether you post manually or use the rollout.
  • For YouTube Shorts, start with your reviewed original and follow the upload instructions in the guide. Read the caption as someone seeing the product for the first time, then check the published Short in its own viewing context.

Post with links and review the context

Send the original video to Instagram Reels, Facebook Page Reels and YouTube Shorts with its product-link caption. Review the result in each destination.

  • YouTube says URLs in Shorts descriptions and comments are non-clickable. Check the published post before telling viewers where to tap.
  • Read TikTok Shop affiliate earnings beside posts, using TikTok Shop as the source of commission records. Instagram comment-to-DM answers a keyword request with the product link in a private message.

What happens behind the scenes

Official APIs provide the integration route. Platform tokens are encrypted and data is hosted in Germany in the EU.

  • Workspaces hold many creators with owner, admin, editor and viewer roles. Each creator keeps individual platform connections and the permissions granted through those logins.
  • Posting TikTok originals to Reels and Shorts begins with your own content and the destination’s requirements. CreatorHelm brings the repeated publishing and product-link work into that creator workspace.
